Nashuk LP is a company jointly owned by Tseshaht First Nation and the ROGA Group of Companies established to create lasting opportunities for community growth through responsible infrastructure and forestry development. With equal ownership and shared decision-making, Nashuk LP is a Nation-led partnership focused on equity, meaningful employment, and long-term economic independence.
Our partnership model ensures that 50% of all income is returned directly to Tseshaht First Nation, reinforcing the principle that prosperity should stay rooted in community. Since launching in January 2024, Nashuk LP has harvested and delivered approximately 200,000 m3 of timber in the Tseshaht territory and established the foundation for equipment ownership that builds lasting equity for the Nation.
Community engagement is at the heart of Nashuk LP’s mission. Through Nation-led governance and shared decision-making, we work in partnership with Tseshaht First Nation to create local jobs, build community capacity, and ensure that development benefits the people and territory we serve.
